I got this in an email and thought it was neat:

Saint Theresa's Prayer


May today there be peace within.
May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.
May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you.
May you be content knowing you are a child of God. Let this presence settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love.
It is there for each and every one of us.

It is so easy for me to get anxious and rush through life. Sometimes it feels like I'm just checking off my to-do list and taking care of business. I especially love the second line of the prayer. I know I need to stop and smell the roses more often. Although in my defense that's hard to do when its practically guaranteed that someone in our household seems to need me almost every minute of the day! I love so many things about the ages of my 4 kiddos and who they are right now. Even when the 2 year old has 300 temper tantrums every day about everything you can possibly think of,,, But that's a whole new post .

All right- I'm going to give this blogging thing a try. We'll see how often I get to post with four little girls running around and keeping me busy.
